Care@Home’s is managing Hooggelegen Frail Care Unit since 2016. Care@Home’s goal is to assist the residents of Hooggelegen Frail Care Unit to live with dignity and have a happy life until the end.
Elmarie and Karlien’s passion is to invest in Care@Home and the service that they deliver. This is what differentiates their service from their competitors.
This is why their slogan is “Care with Heart – Tender Loving Care”. Care@Home is not dependent on outside service providers of any nature, which means that we don’t depend on contractors that might not be able to deliver a service and have to use a substitute to meet our clients’ needs.
We deliver a high-quality service by constantly evaluating our carers and personnel involvement with our clients/inhabitants.
Care@Home is a private institution and is registered at the South African Nursing Council.
Our high standard service is maintained by:

- Continuous evaluation internally and by external services.
- Personal involvement with clients/inhabitants
- Continuous involvement/evaluation of the business management
- Personal contact with each client/inhabitant on a regular basis by our management

- 24 hours Primary health and personal care service
- 3 Balanced meals everyday
- A safe residence
- DSTV connection
- Continuous cleaning and laundry service
- 24h access to availability of a physician
